SQS Group — Doha, State of Qatar

Three registered companies. One accountable chain.

Safari Qatar Services Company and Allive Team Services operate under one commercial roof and two separate commercial registrations. This page says which one signs and which one delivers.

Safari Qatar Services Company is a limited liability company, 100% Qatari owned, registered in Doha on 27/12/2010 under Commercial Registration 48259. Its licensed activities cover offshore platform construction, general contracting and building construction, marine machinery repair, oilfield spare parts trading, heavy transport, building materials and government transaction clearing.

Allive Team Services is the group's catering and manpower house. It runs galleys, mess rooms, accommodation modules and camp services, and it employs and supplies the crews.

We publish the split because operators check it. QatarEnergy's corporate standard for managing HSE in contracts holds a main contractor accountable for the HSE performance of every subcontractor it engages, and requires the subcontractor list to be submitted to the contract holder. A group that cannot name the contracting entity creates work for a contracts team on day one.

01 — Structure

How the group is structured

Three companies, three commercial registrations, three payrolls, three sets of licensed activities. There is no shared legal personality and we do not present one.

Every proposal names the contracting entity on its cover. Where a scope needs more than one company, one signs as main contractor and the other is named as subcontractor with its own scope of work, its own input to the contract HSE plan, and its own monthly reporting line. Where a scope sits entirely with one company, the other is not mentioned in the bid at all.

03 — Catering and manpower

What Allive Team Services delivers

Ten service lines, priced and mobilised separately, and audited against the same records.

  1. Offshore galley and messing Platforms, jack-ups and accommodation barges. Four service periods over 24 hours, a dedicated night meal, and packed hot meals for crews working away from the accommodation module.
  2. Offshore hotel services Cabin and accommodation-module housekeeping, daily linen and towel changes, laundry and pressing of workwear, and deep-clean cycles of galley, mess, pantry, recreation rooms and sanitary blocks.
  3. Provisions and cold chain Order consolidation at the onshore store, loading into refrigerated, freezer and ambient offshore containers, supply-boat sailing, crane lift and stock rotation into dry, chill and freeze stores, with backload of empty units.
  4. Menu planning for a multinational crew Halal supply chain with segregated storage and preparation, vegetarian and regional menu cycles, allergen declaration at the counter, and medically prescribed diets on request.
  5. Camp catering and camp management Canteen operation, kitchen and dining-hall cleaning, accommodation housekeeping and laundry, and camp waste handling at drilling sites and remote locations.
  6. Industrial and staff canteens Plants, workshops, yards and offices. Fixed-menu daily service, shift meals, tea and pantry service, and vending and coffee-machine supply with consumables and servicing.
  7. Potable water and waste support Bunkering and receipt records, residual-chlorine monitoring, outlet cleaning and disinfection schedules, routine sampling through an independent accredited laboratory, and waste segregation with monthly tonnage reporting.
  8. Manpower supply under our sponsorship Workers stay on the company's commercial registration, visa, payroll and Wage Protection System file. You get the labour on site without the sponsorship, gratuity, insurance or repatriation liability.
  9. Trade and hospitality crewing Camp bosses, chief cooks, bakers, butchers, stewards, messmen and galley hands; and on the technical side welders, riggers, scaffolders, electricians, instrument technicians, HSE officers and plant operators.
  10. Mobilisation as a managed project Visas and onboarding, medicals and fitness-to-work, certification checks, kitchen fit-out and equipment commissioning, opening stock build, and a documented handover plan for contract transitions.

Third entity

Crown Energy Resources

Crown Energy Resources

كراون لموارد الطاقة · Limited liability company · 51% Qatari owned

Registered in Doha on 14/09/2025 under Commercial Registration 226418, with commercial licence 304150, tax registration 5007971039 and paid-up capital of QAR 500,000. Owned 51% by Hamad Faleh Al-Hajri and 49% by Olisaemeka Obiora. It operates from the same building as the rest of the group, on the 12th floor.

Its register carries exactly one activity: 711089, other energy services activities. That is a deliberately broad technical-services code, and it is worth being precise about what it does and does not mean. It permits Crown Energy to plan, staff and manage inspection, testing and technical verification scopes for the oil and gas sector. It is not an accreditation. Crown Energy is not an accredited inspection body under ISO/IEC 17020, and this site will not describe it as one until it holds that accreditation.

The separation matters on a real scope. Where SQS fabricates or maintains, Crown Energy is the entity that verifies — and a buyer who needs the checker to be independent of the builder can see the two registrations that make that true.

04 — Together

How the companies complement each other

The value of the group is not that it is bigger. It is that the interfaces which normally sit between three contractors sit inside one commercial relationship, while the legal boundary stays visible.

  1. One mobilisation, not two Award to first weld struck and first meal served runs off a single mobilisation plan: crew visas, medicals, certification checks, equipment inspection, kitchen fit-out and commissioning, opening stock, and the pre-execution audit that gates work commencement.
  2. Construction and messing on the same headcount curve Where SQS holds a brownfield, hook-up or shutdown scope, Allive Team Services can carry the messing, housekeeping and camp services planned against the same forecast POB, instead of a separate contractor's guess.
  3. One government-transactions desk SQS's licensed clearing activity 8299031 handles the immigration and labour file that manpower supply runs on: quota, work permits, contract attestation, QID issuance and renewal, establishment card and annual renewals — at the same pace as the mobilisation plan.
  4. One HSE reporting discipline Each company compiles man-hours, near misses, safety observations, toolbox talks, inspections, audits, drills, training and waste quantities monthly in the client's own format, with incident reporting and investigation to the operator's standard.
  5. Logistics that already exist Heavy transport and offshore supply movements run for construction scopes carry provisions, camp consumables and equipment on the same runs, and take segregated waste and empty containers back.
  6. A boundary you can audit Each company invoices for its own licensed scope. Where one is subcontractor to the other, it appears in the subcontractor list submitted to the contract holder, with its own HSE plan input and its own reporting line.
